feat: Add Mac OS support for certificate automation #623

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Certification automation works end to end in Windows. In Mac OS, it works only till PPT creation. PPT to PDF conversion doesn't work because it is tightly coupled with Microsoft PowerPoint dependency.
Describe the solution you'd like
generate_certificate.py script should detect the OS and conditionally use Keynote in Mac and Powerpoint in Windows.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have considered using LibreOffice considering its compatible with popular OS types. But, this creates dependency on one more software to run the script.
