GUI-docs supporting text markup structure in Jekyll

The jekyll built uses classed `<p>` elements for each example window's supporting doc text. This limits us when it comes to using alert text and alert boxes due to the closing tag mess.

Let's not include the opening tag outside of the jekyll capture block.
