My bad - I meant EternaFold + LinearPartition (have updated the issue accordingly).
These packages needed to be added to supported packages in the utils:

"linearfold",
"linearpartition",
"eternafold_2"

I'm guessing you're trying to set their paths using environment variables? It looks like there's a number of limitations with that currently and probably needs to be reworked - using an arniefile to set paths should work for now though.
