Visual Indicator for Conditional Logic in Snippet List

Problem:
In the main snippet list, there's no way to see which snippets have conditional logic (rules) enabled. Users must open each snippet to check.

Request:
Add a clear visual indicator (like a badge, icon, or column) in the snippet list to immediately identify snippets with active conditional logic.

Benefit:
Saves time, improves snippet management and debugging, and prevents oversight.
