FEATURE: Add Cookie Support To Prevent User From Seeing Same Custom Notifications #68
Description
In a use case where a set of custom notifications are created (rather than live notification) it would be very helpful if the plugin could set a cookie that would prevent the user from seeing the same notification more than one time.
For example: The user visits the site 1st time and while surfing the site sees 10 notifications from a set of 40 total notifications. Should the visitor leave and return a 2nd time, they should not see the same 10 notifications again, they should see the next notifications in the set.
If they visit a 3rd time or 4th time, then they should see additional notifications from the set rather than ones they have already seen.
Only if the LOOP option is configured, would the user see the same notifications repeat from the beginning of the set after all in a set have been viewed.
