Ability to exclude iframes

I have a few custom iframes that load elsewhere on pages.
When I enable embedpress javascript is breaking the layout of these existing iframes by adding max-height and max-width styles to them.

Can we configure it not to touch anything outside of an element we want to be embedded with embedpress?
