Add more custom options for probes to help adapt to more application scenarios

I hope it will be able to simulate a variety of probes, including some silicon probes or microwire electrodes. It will be very useful if you have these updates. Thanks! 

1. the number, spacing and arrangement of the probe shank can be defined by user.
2. the length and location of the probe recording sites can be defined by user
