English docs? #31

Hello!
Thanks for making this project!
What do you think of making it English by default? While I can kind-of work with using page translators for the https://github.com/Vinlic/WebVideoCreator/tree/master/docs directory, in-code JSDocs are not easily translatable to English, which makes them useless to non-Chinese speaking people.
