Auto Re-Route via PM and amend FPL

When flights file from the wrong SID (e.g. MODMI/MAXIT) the plugin could

1/ check once with the ATC that the departure runway is XXX (to avoid accidentally rerouting ppl when there was a runway change or accidentally set wrong..)

2/ every x mins check for wrong flightplans, automatically PM those pilots with the re-route, edit the FPL to set the new SID and the right airways to connect to the right FPL.

Perhaps I misremember, but I don't believe there exists a way to directly send a PM with the plugin API, and I can't see a way to just write something into the command box or dynamically create an alias (unless we were to somehow abuse one of the built-in functions to contain an arbitrary string). The closest alternatives I can think of would be to copy a message into the system clipboard and have the controller paste it into the command line, or to have the plugin send a user message which the controller takes using the Shift↑ combo (though I think this includes the timestamp?).

Regardless, I don't think any form of automatic flight plan correction (without any controller input) should be implemented at all, for a few reasons. A tag function to automatically fix simple wrong-runway reroutes in the flight plan could be useful, however I don't think the process of issuing such reroutes to pilots is so arduous as to require automation and reversion to text.
