Jar File Not Running in Conda Environment #4
Description
When trying to run PEASFeatureExtraction.sh within a Conda environment, the following is returned:
Error: Unable to access jarfile /data/home/dylan.thomas/CoRE-ATAC/PEAS/PEASTools.jar rm: cannot remove 'chr22.bam': No such file or directory cat: atac_pbmc_500_v1_possorted_bam_chr22_insertmetrics.txt: No such file or directory rm: cannot remove 'atac_pbmc_500_v1_possorted_bam_chr22_insertmetrics.txt': No such file or directory
I am most concerned with the "Unable to access jarfile" error. I have tried updating my Conda java, but I am not sure if I did that right or if the problem lies elsewhere.
