Drop libpcre3 dependency

Problem
The DEB package of uppaal (https://download.uppaal.org/uppaal-5.0/uppaal-5.0.0/uppaal_5.0.0_amd64.deb) contains libpcre3 as a dependency. The package libpcre3 was dropped for Debian 13 "trixie". So you cannot install it with apt install libpcre3.

Solution
Drop libpcre3 dependency.

Thank you for the report.
Those packages were generated by (now obsolete) make-jpkg from OpenJDK, so we need to find a different solution.
