Set Store and VotingToken address for `voting` subgraph based on network

Currently voting subgraph hardcodes Store and VotingToken addresses in order to call totalSupplyAt for example (see utils/helpers/votingToken.ts). This means that totalSupplySnapshot fails to set correctly on non-Mainnet networks.

You're absolutely right — currently, the subgraph hardcodes Store and VotingToken addresses (as seen in utils/helpers/votingToken.ts), which limits multi-network compatibility.
