Dragging and Scrolling messed up in behaviour editor (story context) #4
Description
This only is an issue when we're editing a behaviour from a Story context. The "Back to story" button seems to interfere and prevent crolling on smaller window sizes. Also story component panels can not be moved around in the initiator/responder panels (but new ones can be dragged in without issue). Examine code in LibraryEditorPanelFactory.java. the issue might be there.
