Skin doesn't change without relog #261
Description
What behavior is observed:
Skin doesn't change. It saves in the database and is imposed after relogging, but it does not change right after entering the command.
What behavior is expected:
The skin should change a moment after entering the command.
Steps/models to reproduce:
login -> /skin nick -> nothink changes -> relog -> skin is changed.
