No skin show to other when tp out from a server in changeskin blackslist #233
Description
What behavior is observed:
No skin show when i get tpped out from "blacklisted server" from changeskin
What behavior is expected:
It should show skins correct
Steps/models to reproduce:
Have changeskin installed on bungee, blacklist the login server, and then enter in login server and go in another server of the bungee, i see my skin but no other player skin, the other player don't see my skin. Is fixed by teleporting to another server and join the back, skin are fixed by doing this

Not relevant i just blacklisted the "login" server
