[BUG] Night gear gets duplicated with twc disconnect gear

I'm experiencing an issue with:

• Incorrect Unit Config

Describe the problem briefly
When a player rejoins they always get nightgear. This leads to duplication if they already have nightgear from previously being connected.

Not a hard fix, can bundle this in with the stuff I'm doing in the mission module refactor branch.
