[FEATURE-REQUEST] Be able to restart processes that end unexpectedly #235

Describe the solution you'd like
To match features with tools such as pm2, we would like SC to be able to have supervisory abilities, specifically to restart processes that end unexpectedly. It would need to account for timeouts and exponential back-off in case of failure.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Submitting a shell script that loops, restarting the process on each iteration.
