Dashboard - Load More Receipts missing upon initial receipt load

**BUG**: The `Load More Receipts` button is missing after initial load of receipt file. 

**Workaround**: If you filter and/or clear the filters, then the it will show up. 

**Expected**: If there are more than the default Receipts upon load, then the Load More Receipts button should be there, without the workaround.

**Environment**:
