Dashboard UI Improvements

- Widen the main table (full width)
- Add a button to '**Clear**' filters
- Add Filter for specific Member Number
  - Good for when there is more than one member
- When in a filtered view, move the Item Number should remain the left-most
  - Currently <date> <location> <item number>
  - Update to: <item number> <date> <location>
