option to disable rendering long hooks

Some maps allow for some hook spanning across the entire map. Which could be distracting. While at the same time there will never be actually gameplay relevant long hooks in those maps.

@ChillerDragon This a server/map setting to allow these and you want a client side override?

It would look something like tc_override_long_hooks (would be nice if it mirrored the server setting) -1 being map setting, 0 being disable, 1 being enable

Is enabling them on client side even possible, I'm not sure how hooks are snapped

Idk about any server setting. But the client knows the length of the hook it renders. Just add a setting to skip rendering if they are too long.

@ChillerDragon if this isn't a server side thing at all then what should the max length be or should it be if the hook origin or target is too far offcsreen

idc, I think multiple things work for most cases. You can let the user set a length. Or define the max length to be anything which is rare in normal gameplay like 32+ tiles. You can also go based on view port but then zooming is annoying potentially.

I would prefer alpha for this, or at least provide alpha as an alternative setting
