Some text on the "sample use" page could be more broadly disccoverable #12

The text at the top of the page was originally intended to be a quick introduction to TAXII for both technical and non-technical people. Right now, it appears to have been shoehorned into a page documenting XML/HTTP TAXII Messages.
This issue is to somehow modify the location of the leading text so that it fits outside of the sample use page.
Under the new site organization, I'm not sure where this fits best, but I would expect to find it somewhere around the "Getting Started" page, as I would hope this text is one of the first pieces of information a person new to TAXII reads.
Let me know if this is too vague to be actionable.
