Rename query to supported_queries in section 3.7

In the TAXII_XML_MessageBinding_Specification.pdf on page 22, section 3.7 we define the Manage Collection Subscription Response messages.  And in this, we have defended a Query field.  However, I believe this is incorrectly named, and should be called “supported_queries” like in the Discovery Response message.
