Make the serialization view subscriber optional

Some users maybe don't want to have an automatic serialization of the data coming out of the controllers, or maybe they want to have their own serialization process.

It could be a good idea to activate/deactivate the subscriber with a config option (see PrestaShop/prestonbot#28)
