CombatArcheryMovementDelay=10

If i create a new player (fresh player account) and try archery (i_bow weapon) once the player stop walking, he needs 10 seconds to start @Hittry, not 10 tenths of second.

Tested on last release x64, fresh install with client 7.0.7.1.
