Description
- Generate a scability configuration for methods x datasets (recommendation based on HPC/standalone PC condition). Specifying the runtime/memory usage
- Snakemake configuration: Recommend resources for HPC compatible Snakemake profile (currently only sustaining slurm, what other options are there? Can we provide them with the slurm profile etc)
