Description
Multiple users should be able to use the same aggregator. We can take inspiration from the client credentials of the css.
- Kubernetes pods from different users shouldn't be able to talk to each other.
- Each user should get a uma-proxy.
- on actor (aggregator service) creation create uma-proxy
