Command with project, user and secret still looking for configuration file

 smartling-cli files list --project 'MYPROJECT' --user 'MYUSER' --secret 'MYSECRET'

Returns:
ERROR: no configuration file "smartling.yml" found


But I shouldn't need a config file since i've specified everything that is required to execute the command
