Excessive logging #5

I was gathering data for something and when looking at the startup timestamps I was surprised by a giant 850KB log (for comparison, the other two were <50KB) after my second startup of a profile with (TymonAbyss Modpack](https://thunderstore.io/c/atlyss/p/TymonAbyss/TymonAbyss_Modpack/), the first and obviously third being fine oddly.
The details are 5804 mentions of "AtlyssItemStackMod", updating 5934 scriptables to 999, 5243 of which were tagged by Homebrewery
I had also wanted to report an issue where the mod made a debug log even when it returned 0 scriptables, which it apparently does every 10 seconds and obviously adds bloated logging, though this is just severe.
