LDA effect size no longer working!

Getting the following error message when trying to run LDA effect size.

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'rownames'

Has something been changed with the scripts as I am running files run previously so I know they should work.

Sorry if this reply comes too late, but I found a workaround when facing the same issue:
Add scal = robjects.r['wfinal'] and rres = robjects.r['mm'] after the respective lines.

Maybe you need to do something similar for z in line 206.
