Use Accelerate 77 as a template to build a basic prototype to use in demoing to potential participants and to support rapid prototyping of features, when identified.

This Weebly site includes several basic features listed below:

1. Map of the first 1,000 501c3 Non-profit organizations in Seattle listed by the IRS.gov.
2. A 'Database' tab with links to a GSheet of the above list which is pasteable in iframe form, and a link to the Googel FusionTable version of the list which generates the map.

3. An 'Entry Form' tab with a Google Form for data entry that is linked to the Fusion table. To see the input, click the double arrow to scroll the last populated line about 1015 to see new entries.
4. Category and Location buttons for filter which aren't functional (because of Weebly?).

I created a GitHub Pages site based on a FusionTable template I found on GitHub offering many of the desired features. I believe the entry form is linked, but not coded into the Html. I duplicated the site to Netlify because I was working lightweight on Github through the browser, but it was only updating changes after a second change was made. Working on a local repo copy now without lag. Plans were to move it to the SDFG GitHub account contacting @hburgmeier on Slack for permissions to use it on Netlify. Just merged all changes from auwsom repo, and will develop on the SDFG repo.

Currently working on the site UI on my GitHub account. All are welcome to contribute. Next steps include adding more basic functionality and discussing the broader use of RFP (request for proposal) project format. Also, there may be other templates or packages like Tableau or Plot.ly that may have form input tools.

Currently, the only the GSheet updates from the form. This was because I added NTEE and Categories responses that aren't linked to the FusionTable yet. Below is the GSheet link:
