Choose UI framework

So right now there is no real UI, we've just thrown components together to have a working prototype.

Since we've started with the jQuery suite (jQuery, jQuery mobile) we can stay the jQuery route with something like godesign/nativeDroid2 (http://nativedroid.godesign.ch/material/) or opt for others, like Onsen UI (https://onsen.io/).

Thoughts?

My personal preference is OnsenUI for its use of web components and comprehensive existing components. It's also backed by a larger community, ensuring that bugs or features are more likely to be fixed than with something smaller than nativeDroid2.

While we could fix bugs (if any) or implement new things on the latter... Do we want more work? ;)

Onsen claims to be faster than jQuery Mobile, but that's their claim, I haven't compared myself.

It also depends how familiar/willing we are with web components. I've worked with them (with Google's Polymer library) so it's not entirely new, but tbh I can't claim to fully master them though I see this as a good opportunity to do so.
