Offer for co-maintainership

Following up on #11 and PR #37, I'd like to offer to co-maintain this crate as I am using it regularly in a piece of software I'm developing.

@lschmierer can add me to crates.io, @Lan2u are you willing/comfortable adding me as co-owner on this repo?

@stewartadam and I connected on LinkedIn and I would encourage handing over ownership or adding him to the repo or organization. I lost owner access when I transferred the repository from my personal account to this organization. Currently @Lan2u is the sole person with control over both, the repository and the organization.

@Lan2u can we upgrade my organization membership permissions? As a member I can commit/merge PRs but I don't have permissions to edit repository settings, and it looks like there's an issue with the CI configuration preventing #37 from getting merged. Thanks!
