Robot Independent Refactoring #175
Description
RCS should be refactored to removed FR3 namings #124 . Robot specific code should go in own python modules such that one can install specific hardware robots. All simulation specific code should still be shipped directly with RCS. All Robot specific dependencies should come with these packages.
