Confirm sequencing methods for ceasmallr

@kubu4 @sr320 can you point me to documentation of the collection/sequencing methods used to geenerate `ceasmallr` WGBS data? I don't see anything about it in [the repo](https://github.com/sr320/ceasmallr/tree/main). Can I assume it's the same methods used in `ceabigr` ([Venkataraman et al. 2024](https://doi.org/10.1093/eep/dvae018))?
