Replace Portainer with Arcane

I believe using Arcane as the final optional container manager is a better choice than Portainer, since the latter requires a license and registering with name / email. Arcane is free.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion, i will need to test it first. Portainer have some drawbacks but is really friendly for non "techy" users.

today i have configured Arcane on my server, i will test it to see if i find any problems with the setup, then i will update the docs and merge the branch.

@jaromil for now i will not replace Portainer, i really like Arcane but is missing a key feature that helps a lot new users that is access to the container terminal directly.

Arcane have this feature open: getarcaneapp/arcane#256 .
i'm tracking it also, so as soon is available will test it to then replace portainer.
