cms-import.ps1 publication mapping

The E-Commerce framework is making assumptions on the publication names when running the cms-import.ps1. It would be nice if a developer could provide a publication mapping to instruct the script to use another publication. 

I.e. "200 Example Content" -> "200 Global Content"
