NGO staff management workflow (v0.2)

• All NGO staff users will need to opt-in to the NGO whatsapp no. before beginning to use Glific

• The Staff person will use the QR code or send sms to optin

• There will be an OTP confirmation on whatsapp to associate the staff with NGO’s Glific account.

• The first NGO staff to create the business account will get the super admin role, others will get the basic role without.

• Admin will have options to edit/ deactivate or delete the accounts from the platform.

• Phone number won’t be editable

• Under the user management section, NGO admin will be able to create groups by selecting the relevant staff users.

• Staff groups can also be edited to add/remove staff members.

• Glific will keep a record of which staff member sent the message (for tracking and audit purposes, backend only).
