Normalize release zip name #80
Description
It would be nice to be able to link to the latest release like this: https://github.com/ProjectBots/StreamRaidersBot/releases/latest/download/StreamRaidersBot.zip
but because the version is in the zip file name, this breaks the latest download redirect link
