rewrite the UI part of setup scripts with blessed #35

the setup scripts will become more and more complex, so some day they will be rewrite.
after DogeOS booted, in GZ there is not GUI, so TUI is the preferred choice.
and currently most of the tasks are done in bash, it works, but if can use nodejs, it can be much improved, blessed is something worth to discover.
this is a long-term plan, may be several releases after.
