eliminate the `rmformat -l` too slow to return issue

The issue is confirmed that fixed after smartos-20140519T165600Z version.

Replace the base of DogeOS will elimiate the waiting time of findrmdev.js (which uses rmformat -l).

This can not be done in this release, since smartos 20140724T221203Z is bad version marked by FiFo. So push to next version.
