I can't create new playlists. Progen does not store is it in the Database

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'pb!playlist create test'
2. Click on 'pb!playlist list'
3. See error

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Progen should store the playlist in his database
