Provide suggested donation / subscription list

We need to block ProTip from collecting addresses in archived sites (web.archive.org) without blocking donations to the Internet Archive (archive.org/donate/bitcoin.php). Instead of expanding / specialising the block list (#22) ad infinitum to account for this, we could add them & other similar organisations to a list of suggested subscriptions somewhere in the app. Examples:
