Upgrade wallet to be SegWit compatible #18
Description
While the file bitcoinjs-lib.min.js was upgraded in Sep 2017 by @davidlucid it is likely this new JS supports SegWit, but the interface makes no differentiation or inform users of anything related to SegWit. This should be changed and tested thoroughly.
