Make ProTip usable in Firefox as well as Chrome browser

Opening this issue to keep track of progress on this. Most of the hardwork upgrading the codebase to the [WebExtensions](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/WebExtensions) API has already been done by @Treora and only a few tiny bugs exist which I will be solving.
