Build a minimal JS app

• Compilation rules
• Loading in the browser
• Fetching some data from an API (e.g backend version?)
• Rendering that data into HTML
• Sending an event from some HTML component
• Refetching data and rerendering based on that even

• URL Router
• AJAX wrapper
• Event engine
