Change formatting for the JSON snippet, API output, and Python code to use the same styling, with relevant code highlighting for each

At the moment, we have line styling with monospace text on the JSON code, no line formatting on the API output, and completely different syntax formatting for Python, as visible in the API playground at the bottom of https://policyengine.org/us/api. It would be better to harmonize their styling.
