Add User creates Error 500

Can't create a new User

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'config'
2. Click on 'User'
3. Click on "Add User"
4. See error 500 "Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
