Create a setup to configure the hub #5
Description
We need to create a setup to configure the hub for the first use. This should configure the following values:
- Portal connection information like ip and port for both the api and the socket server (so someone can use a custom portal or even no portal at all if they want to stay local)
- portal credential (email/password)
