Like on Scratch, allows profile comments, voted projects on profiles, project comments, studios (Curating and following) following users and followers on profile, searching studios, joined date, nationality, what I'm working on, project ideas, explore, discuss, etc.

Penguinmod can't incorporate comments in any form because of moderation limitations. This has been rejected tons of times.
