Reordering isn't completely stable if duplicates exist in the sessions

Dragging around sliders to reorder them isn't always stable. Updates come in and re-arrange things again. The indexes are being lost if there are more than 1 of a given process. Discord for some reason creates two instances and gets two sliders....Moving them apart and muting one resets the view in weird ways. They're saved as their ID and I'm not sure if the IDs are always different.
